Natalie’s sister reached out to me about booking an engagement session for Natalie and Derek while they were at Pensacola Beach on vacation in March and I’m so glad she did! We chose a sunrise session and although it was freeeezing that morning, we pushed through it and had so much fun! You’d never know by looking at these photos that it was 30 degrees and windyyy! They snuggled up close, kept each other giggling and we got so many incredible shots, just wait until you see them! They were naturals in front of the camera and you can tell their love for each other comes so easily.

Sunrise sessions are my absolute favorite! Even though I am not a morning person, I will always choose a sunrise session over sunset! We were the only people on the beach for their session. Just the three of us, the golden light coming over the horizon and the sound of the waves. Can it get any more perfect than that!? Scheduling your session for sunrise also allows you to have more time in your day to relax, stay and hang out at the beach, go get breakfast and coffee, run around town, catch up on your favorite shows or whatever it is you want to do! Take your time and use those few extra hours to be together and celebrate your love!
