The wedding that started it all...
It started when I was 14. My aunt took me to photograph a wedding with her, which I will never be able to thank her enough for introducing me to my passion. I fell in love with love that day. I guess you could say that I am a hopeless romantic! Except peep my cutie boyfriend below, so maybe not hopeless?
Then came life - and after that, loss. That is when I found that my passion with photography and serving others in this way held so much weight. Photographs are the one thing that we can stop time with - the tangible way to truly hold a memory in our hands. Documenting a fun day is just the half of it- what matters is documenting the feelings, emotions, and PEOPLE from a day so that it can live on forever.

My friends describe me as caring, nurturing, and passionate - probably because I'm a mama first and foremost! I have an 8 year old son, Michael and a one-year-old son named Jameson. They are my world and one reason I am so passionate about photographing your memories!
I love to get coffee with friends, go to the beach with my boys and I don't watch much tv but when I do, it's usually Outlander!
Jesus is my rock and I don't know what I'd do or where I'd be without His love and grace. He has blessed me with such a beautiful life and I strive to share the same joy and love He has given me!

photos- the only way to physically hold onto your memory.
Photos are the only thing that lasts from your wedding day. I've had clients call and ask if I could put a rush on photos of a particular family member because they passed away right after the wedding. I have also seen lots of sad stories of the bride or groom passing away after the wedding and not having those photos would be devastating. In my own personal experience, I lost my first son shortly after he was born. We had an incredible NICU team that used my camera and took photos of us and I really don't know what I would do without those photos. I am forever grateful for them, and even though they're hard to look at, I couldn't imagine not ever being able to see his little face. Having those tangible memories to look back on forever is everything to me.
